This agreement applies between you (client) and Big Sky Treks Upon booking a trip with us, you are agreeing to be bound to the following Terms and Conditions. Both parties agree to these Terms and Conditions to resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.
Within one week of receiving your trip confirmation from us, a 20% deposit of the total cost of your trip is required. The rest of the cost can be paid upon arrival.
Note
We suggest you to postpone the trip rather than cancelling it. This will save your money. You can postpone it for another six months from the first booking date.
For Everest Region we Need to buy Tickets few months early so in this case if you cancel your trip any time after booked the ticket need to pay 20% of the ticket cancellation
Big Sky Treks reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure due to reasons beyond its control (i.e. natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions). In such a case, Big Sky Treks will refund the trip price or you are entitled to take an alternative trip of the same value within one year of your scheduled departure.
Bring your valid passport with two passport size photographs while coming to Nepal. The passport should have at least 6 months validity from return date.
All clients must have a comprehensive travel insurance package. Your insurance must cover medical, personal accident, helicopter rescue, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, loss and theft of baggage. Please see our travel insurance page for more information.
All tour and treks in Nepal demand a sufficient level of fitness, therefore you should check with your doctor concerning your health and fitness before preceding your journey. You have any pre existing medical condition or disability you might increase the risk of you requiring medical attention you need to inform to Big Sky Treks. this may also hamper your ability to travel.
